Booking terms and conditions
- A 5% surcharge applies to all credit or debit card payments in addition to the fare.
- A full fare charge applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled booking time.
- No extra fees will be charged for delays or cancellations due to flight changes.
- Waiting fees will be applied if the client is more than 10 minutes late, unless the booking is on an hourly basis.
- We accept cab charge e-tickets and vouchers; however, digital cab charge payments are not accepted.
- All applicable tolls and airport parking fees will be added to the fare and communicated at the time of booking, with no hidden charges later.
- The minimum fare for Suburb-to-Suburb travel is $65.
